GK: Bonjour, Maurice.

TK: Bon what?

GK: Bon jour...

TK: We do not sell banjos here.

GK: Bon jour. Good day.

TK: Ah! Aha! Bonjour, monsieur.

GK: So are you enjoying the polka show, Maurice?

TK: The polka, monsieur, it is not for French people. It is for the large people who eat the big vienner schnitzels and drink the beer. The people with the flat heads and the six chins.

GK: I see.

TK: If you like your women with big perspiration stains under the arms, then fine, do the polka. But not for me. (FRENCH MUTTERING)

GK: I thought I saw you dancing.

TK: I was doing the tango, monsieur. A romantic dance.

GK: But it's not a French dance, the tango.

TK: When I dance it, it is very French. (SUGGESTIVE CHUCKLE)

GK: So what is the Cafe Boeuf serving for Polka Day, Maurice---

TK: Today we have the sausage sauteed in a fresh fennel and pepper and served on a bed of marinated cabbage'.

GK: Marinated cabbage. You mean sauerkraut.....

TK: Non non non. This is cabbage'. Fermented in cabbage juice with salt.

GK: Sauerkraut.

GK: And beer?
