GK: ... right after this word from the City of St. Paul, Dept. of Snow Emergencies.

TR: This is city engineer W. Todd Johnson with tonight's parking regulations. In the event of snowfall, we will plow the north side of residential streets between 8:45 and 11:35 this evening, followed by the south side, unless the snowfall is more than three inches, in which one of the following will apply. Cars with even-numbered license plates can park on odd-numbered sides of the street on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays, or on the east side, whichever is closest. These rules may not apply where parking signs say something else. Unless you are able to answer the following question: Name a rodent that has the same name as a popular candy bar if you take the first two letters of it's name and put them on the end of the day of the week that Christmas fell on two years ago.

GK: Could you repeat that?

TR: No.
