I been living in the land of snow
Woo-ee baby wooo-ee
A bowl of gumbo and some andouille

Oh give me one nice warm day
And some oysters and a shrimp etouffee
File gumbo and okra perhaps
And a plate of soft shelled crabs

Sunday morning back north I go
But I’m going back a happy man
With a great big bag of homemade boudin.
