GK: .....after this message. (GYPSY LOVE SONG UNDER....)

It is potato salad season, says the Minnesota Potato Growers, and nothing goes so well at picnics, open houses, or any other sort of festive summer event, as good old potato salad. Americans truly are potato people and June is a potato's time to shine. Dressed up in mayonnaise and mustard and eggs ...all of it good for you, and it's a 'salad' and that means it won't make you fat. Cook up a big pot of spuds today and make a salad and sit yourself down on the couch and eat it up. It's good, rib-stickin' eats that you can pronounce. And remember: you never get stressed out on potatoes.

JH & GK DUET: Summertime...means potato salad
Fix a bowl for me
Mayonnaise and eggs and then some mustard,
And chopped celery.
One chopped onion and of course paprika
A tablespoon of chives.....
Summertime and we're potato people.....
Living our potato lives.
